Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of TaskNorth at tasknorth.xyz (the “Service”), operated by Task North AG(“TaskNorth”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
TaskNorth turns an objective you describe into an “AI Blueprint”: a recommended workflow, suggested AI tools, a starter prompt, and related guidance. Blueprints are informational recommendations generated with the help of automated systems. They are not professional advice.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
- If you create an account, you must provide an accurate email address and keep your access secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose;
- circumvent or manipulate usage limits, quotas, or abuse controls;
- scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract our source or models;
- disrupt or overload the Service, or attempt to access it without authorization.
Free usage and credits
- A limited number of routes are available without an account, and a further limited number after you register.
- Paid credits, where offered, are purchased through Stripe. Prices, limits, and credit terms are shown at the point of purchase.
- Except where required by law, purchased credits are non-refundable and may be subject to expiry as stated at purchase. We may change limits or pricing prospectively.
AI-generated content — no warranty on accuracy
Blueprints are produced by automated systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, including tool availability, features, and pricing. You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it. Blueprints are not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Always apply your own judgment and review outputs before acting.
Third-party tools
Blueprints reference third-party products and services we do not control or endorse as a warranty of fitness. Your use of any third-party tool is governed by that provider’s own terms and pricing, and TaskNorth is not responsible for it.
Intellectual property
We own the Service and its content, excluding your inputs and third-party materials. You retain rights to the objective and answers you submit. You may use the Blueprints we generate for your own personal or business purposes.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe; by purchasing you authorize the applicable charge and agree to Stripe’s terms. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaskNorth is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on a Blueprint. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for gross negligence or intentional fault).
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify TaskNorth against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or risks harm to the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and delete your data at any time.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; the revised version will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the substantive law of Switzerland, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts at the registered seat of Task North AG, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
